Accessibility

The Lemon Tree strives to ensure that all customers are able to enjoy performances in comfort and safety and is committed to continually reviewing access provision.  Level access is available from the side door on Shoe Lane, please ring the bell. 

Wheelchair users can be accommodated for all events.  There is a lift in the foyer to gain access to the first floor Studio.

Guide Dogs

Guide dogs and hearing dogs are welcome at the Lemon Tree.

Children

The Lemon Tree welcomes young children to performances, however, reserves the right to refuse admission or request them to leave any performance/event if their presence is disturbing other customers. Children under 2, at the date of the performance, will be admitted free of charge, provided they do not occupy a seat. Children 2 and over, at the date of the performance, will be charged the appropriate ticket price.  Certain events may have a minimum age restriction. 

If you would like to use the baby changing facilities, please ask any member of staff for assistance.

Refreshments

The Lemon Tree has two bars, which offers drinks half an hour before the performance and at the interval - The Lounge Bar (ground floor), and Kate's Bar (first floor). Interval drinks may be pre-ordered. Tea and coffee are also available.  Food will be served on Friday, Saturday and Sunday lunchtimes - for details of the acts performing see What's On & Buy.

Comfort and Safety

For the comfort and convenience of all performers and audience, latecomers cannot be admitted until there is a suitable break in the performance or the interval. Cameras, tape recorders or video recorders are not permitted in the auditorium.

If a performance contains strobe lighting, (which could affect those with photo sensitive epilepsy) warning notices are displayed within the public areas, when prior notice is given to the management.
